Stadium Experience

Experience Greatness.
Enter the Stadium.

To access the stadium, you must be part of CFL.

Walk onto the field of a nonprofit educational competition where veteran–athlete founding teams develop ventures under season-long coaching. This is a multi-stadium business competition league — not a football simulation, and not a professional sports broadcast.

501(c)(3) educational program. Competition activity is educational and programmatic — not investment advice, not an offering of securities. You keep the company. CFL takes 0% equity.

The walk-on

What is the Stadium Experience?

Ten seconds. One shot. Then the field.

You don't open a spreadsheet. You walk into a stadium. Membership is the gate — Fan is the stadium minimum — and once you're inside, verified work starts painting progress on a field you chose.

The tunnel entrance is cinematic: Take the Field. Hang tags stay off the hero photograph. Names live in Player view. The shot stays great. The competition stays honest.

Under every stadium runs the same fairness model. Business Performance Points (BPP) come from verified achievements — documents filed, readiness gained, organic votes earned, milestones completed. The sport you pick only changes the picture: yards, bases, court units, pitch units, zone pressure, hole progress, or miles under the lights.

Same work. Different brand. Eight stadiums. One league. Stadiums — not houses. Pick the arena that makes your team play honest — then compete where champions are forged.

Tunnel

Take the Field

Cinematic entrance. Ten seconds of walkout energy — then the field of play. Hang tags never plaster the hero.

Fairness

Same ledger · different paint

One point is one point in every stadium. Your brand choice is storytelling — not a softer scoreboard.

If you're ready to compete on a scoreboard that still matters after the whistle — enter the stadium.

Compliance · how we protect everyone

The Seven Rules of CFL

How we stay nonprofit-compliant and protect founders, fans, donors, and the league. Read these before you walk the tunnel.

01

CFL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit

Capital Forge League is a tax-exempt educational organization — not a broker-dealer and not an investment advisor. We run educational competitions and mentorship. We do not broker securities or provide investment advice.

02

Competition is educational, not financial

The season-based competition has zero equity allocation attached to rankings. Metrics measure engagement and verified progress — not investment returns.

03

Votes are NOT financial endorsements

Community votes represent support for a team's mission and educational progress. They are not a recommendation to buy securities.

04

The Forge Trophy is a championship award

It recognizes competitive excellence within an educational framework. It does not guarantee investment success, profitability, or capital formation outcomes.

05

CFL does not broker capital formation

Capital Forge League is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser and does not conduct, host, or process securities offerings. Any capital formation for ventures that leave CFL's educational pathway happens independently of CFL — never through CFL, and never promoted or brokered here.

06

Donations fund programs, not equity

Donor contributions support the charitable mission — mentorship, infrastructure, grants, and educational programming. Donations are not equity investments in teams.

07

Governance & conflict resolution

Leadership discloses conflicts of interest. Capital-raising remains institutionally separate. Dispute path: informal resolution → mediation in Hillsborough County, Florida → legal action if required. Contact info@capitalforgeleague.com.

"Mission success wasn't negotiable in the field. Revenue targets aren't negotiable in the market."

How teams move

Three Layers of Competitive Strategy

Teams move on the field through verified work — not bought yards. Grind steadily, stack breakthrough moments, or integrate both. Fairness stays the same.

Momentum

Views, follows, daily notes, and organic votes create incremental motion. Consistent engagement keeps the team moving and the audience engaged. Did the six actually ship this week — or just talk about shipping?

Execution

Updates, document uploads, readiness improvements, and veteran pairing milestones create meaningful advancement. This is operational discipline on the surface — the film room for the business field.

Conversion

Votes, donors, sponsors, reservations, and milestone badges create highlight events. Votes are cheers — not financial endorsements. Donors fund the educational ecosystem; they do not buy yards. Restricted gifts stay restricted.

Grind downfield. Stack big plays. Or do both — under one fairness model.

What moves the scoreboard

Voting, Donors & Sponsors, Veteran Pairing

Community voting

Votes are cheers

Verified project votes earn published BPP. Voting windows reset by day / week / round / season. Votes must be earned organically — no bots, no bought vote farms. Votes are not a purchase of securities and not a financial endorsement.

Donors & sponsors

Money ≠ yards

Donor gifts and corporate sponsorships fund mentorship, infrastructure, grants, and the educational ecosystem. They do not directly purchase field movement for a team. Prize and grant pools are awarded on merit by an independent committee. Restricted gifts stay restricted.

Veteran pairing

Verified milestones only

Veteran pairing earns BPP only when it produces verified business-development milestones — leadership, operational readiness, filed work — not merely for claiming a connection. Pairing is curriculum, not a shortcut around the event table.

Pick a stadium

Choose Your Stadium

Stadium selection is a brand and storytelling choice — not a rule change. Same fairness engine. Eight pictures of progress. Football paints yards. Hockey paints zone pressure. Speedway paints laps. The score underneath never changes.

Same work · different picture

How Progress Feels

Short stories of the same verified work — painted three different ways. Never a different fairness model.

Basketball · steady

Steady Team Progress

Followers, one published update, and a stretch of daily votes stack into consistent court progress — possession after possession, no flood of empty noise.

Feels like: clean possessions that keep the clock honest
Speedway · breakthrough

Operational Breakthrough

A major document upload, readiness climb, and a reservation event paint as an overtaking burst — high-velocity execution you can see on the track.

Feels like: clean air after the draft
Baseball · signature

Signature Win Moment

After singles and doubles from verified work, a completed conversion moment paints as a home run — payoff that lands because the smaller actions came first.

Feels like: the ball clearing the wall after the build-up

The sport changes the presentation layer, not the fairness model. Every team competes under the same engine.

Championship award

The Forge Trophy

One Team. One Season. One Trophy. Validates competitive achievement inside an educational program.

FT

Not just built. FORGED.

Season champions are reviewed by an independent committee across traction, community support, innovation, team excellence, and competition performance. Physical Forge Trophy, small cash prize, media exposure, educational networking dinner, and Lifetime Forge mentorship may accompany the win.

Top BPP standing qualifies teams for review — rankings remain educational, never investment advice.

The Forge Trophy validates competitive achievement — NOT an investment recommendation or securities endorsement.

Where ventures compete.
Where champions are made.

Membership required. Walk the tunnel. Take the field. Hang tags off the hero — greatness on the scoreboard.
