Capital Forge League
Capital Forge League is a Florida 501(c)(3) nonprofit focused on education, competition, and community — not capital formation. Veterans and athletes compete as equal co-founders, build real companies across seven sport stadiums, and earn Business Performance Points through verified work.

Not a broker-dealer. Does not facilitate securities offerings. Does not hold investor funds.
Does not act as a funding portal or investment adviser, and gives no investment recommendations.
All competitions, rankings, and awards are educational — not financial instruments.
Our mission, in seven principles
Not just words on a wall — here's what each one looks like in practice.
1. Transparent Operations
We publish real program numbers as they are — including a real zero — never a placeholder made to look better.
2. Founder Dignity
Every lab we host, from Game Day pitch to Capstone packet, keeps one promise true: you keep the company.
3. Educational Integrity
Every ranking, score, and leaderboard on this site carries the same line — educational only, never investment advice.
4. Community Focus
Our recruiting reaches real Florida campuses, veteran service organizations, and CTE centers by name, never a purchased contact list.
5. Conflict of Interest Disclosure
When a science or safety question is bigger than one student team, it routes to a named Medical Advisory Committee, not a single captain.
6. Data Privacy
Any calendar or inbox a member connects to their own account stays private to them and purges automatically after seven days.
7. Ongoing Accountability
Every foundation letter and grant ask sits on hold until a named Super Admin reviews and approves it — nothing sends itself.
Where CFL fits in the wider ecosystem
High-performing projects can earn promotion to StateCF.com, a separate Florida capital-formation platform, once they've proven traction through verified milestones on the field. Capital formation activity itself is conducted solely by that licensed intermediary, under its own regulatory framework — CFL does not conduct, host, or process securities offerings at any point.
