Game Day: Where Ventures Compete.
Where Champions Rise.

Membership includes stadium access and Game Day.

Live, in-stadium nights for student, athlete, and veteran founders — education-first, nonprofit. From the practice field to the boardroom, every mistake becomes data and every correction is a play call.

501(c)(3) educational program. Game Day is educational and programmatic — not investment advice, not an offering of securities, not a wager. You keep the company. CFL takes 0% equity.

The night under the lights

What is Game Day?

One system. Two fields. No excuses.

You don't Zoom into a mixer with a scoreboard wallpaper. You walk into a stadium. Membership is the gate — stadium and Game Day travel together — and once you're inside, the work you filed is the work you present.

Capital Forge League is building live, in-stadium Game Days for student, athlete, and veteran founders. Education-first. Nonprofit. Financial literacy. NIL ethics. Mentorship. Project development that survives contact with the clock.

Think of it as one engine painted on two fields. The practice field is the lab — briefs, readiness, six seats that actually ship. The boardroom is Game Day: same clock, same six, same honesty. Present what you filed, not what you wish you had filed. A certificate at the end. You keep the company.

This is not a professional sports broadcast. It is not a fund. It is not desk shopping. It is a season, a stadium, and a pathway — at 0% equity — for founders who already know how to compete.

Practice field

The lab before the lights

Huddles, clinics, and filed work arrive first. Ambassadors and club presidents feed Game Day — the night never starts cold.

Boardroom

On-field. On the clock.

Six present. No do-overs. No polish you didn't earn. The clock is the coach that never blinks.

Belong

Membership unlocks both

Stadium access and Game Day are the same membership. Fan is the stadium minimum. Founders take the field.

If your venture can survive a live clock in a real stadium — Game Day is calling.

Community, not a casino

Educational progress. Not gambling.

Stadium visualization tracks learning. Votes are cheers — engagement markers for teams advancing through skill milestones. Qualitative. Honest. Never a wager.

Visualization

Progress you can see

The field paints educational progress — readiness, filed work, community support. Sports-themed pictures of the same ledger. Not a pro-league broadcast.

Votes

Cheers, not currency

Fans show up and cast a vote. A ticket is educational access — not a bet on the outcome. Votes are not securities and not a financial endorsement.

After the whistle

Capital stays off this field

Capital Forge League does not broker securities or facilitate capital raises. If a venture pursues funding after leaving CFL's educational pathway, that happens independently of CFL — never through CFL, and never tonight.

"Votes are cheers, not currency. Tickets are educational access, not an offering."

Same engine · real impact

How CFL uses the same engine for impact

Every city is tied to CFL's financial-literacy and NIL-education mission — not a networking mixer with a scoreboard wallpaper.

01

Mission depth

Every Game Day city is anchored in financial literacy and NIL ethics. The night is a classroom that looks like a stadium — not a party that borrowed a field.

02

Structured ambassadors

University ambassadors, student-athlete leaders, and city club presidents run huddles and clinics that feed Game Day. The work arrives before the lights.

03

Better product

Live, in-person stadium events with on-field pitches and real venture showcases. This stands apart from generic mixers and webinars. Show up or sit out.

04

Unified CRM follow-through

Every signup and team application flows into one CRM. Outcomes get reported to sponsors as education — not as returns. Super Admin sees the whole tour.

Every seat has a job

Who shows up

Every seat in the room has a job. None of them is "investor."

Fans

Make the noise

Show up. Watch the six compete. Cast your vote. A ticket is educational access — not a bet on the outcome. Votes are cheers, not currency.

Team members

Take the field

Present exactly what you filed, in the time you're given. No do-overs. No polish you didn't earn. The clock is the coach that never blinks.

Instructors

Call readiness

Coach the teams on your field. Score each seat 0–100 for Game Day readiness — a coaching read, not a GPA, not a valuation.

Structure that protects the mission

Why this lives inside CFL

Clear on purpose. Clear on entities. Built so education stays education.

Capital Forge League's public charter is mentorship, peer collaboration, competition platforms, and project development — not a ticketing company, and not an investment platform.

Game Day stadium events sit in a separate for-profit entity. CFL remains the nonprofit educational partner and the educational beneficiary: financial literacy, NIL ethics, bootcamps, mentorship, and access support so the night leads to real learning.

That split is how we protect exempt status — and how students, athletes, veterans, and sponsors get a clean on-ramp to a national, in-person series without confusing a classroom for a capital raise.

Educational partnerCFL teaches. CFL coaches. CFL keeps the 501(c)(3) lane clean.
Separate stadium entityLive Game Day nights are produced apart from the nonprofit — documented, distinct, deliberate.
CFL is the beneficiaryEducation, access, and impact report back to the League. Not returns. Not equity.

The night is live. The equity stays yours.
