You work the brief, not a retainer
You show up for the work that's actually in front of the team. A clear gap in the venture. A stretch of weeks with a Game Day date on the calendar.

Six-person ventures move fast and don't always have every skill in the room. Internship seats fill that gap — sports medicine, design, development, writing, production, and more — without asking for a piece of the company in return.
Bring the skill. Keep the credit and the portfolio. They keep the company.
How it works
You work the brief, not a vague "help us" ask. A six-person lab needs a specific skill for a specific stretch — research run, deck built, prototype shipped, shot list edited.
You show up for the work that's actually in front of the team. A clear gap in the venture. A stretch of weeks with a Game Day date on the calendar.
Internship seats are academic-credit work — CFL doesn't take equity from the team you're supporting, and neither do you. No equity, no strings. Credited for the work. Done when the stretch is done.
Work that ships to Game Day is work you can show the next client or employer — real teams, real deadlines, real presentations, not a spec assignment.
Why this stadium
Ten-week sprint cycles and a Game Day date on the calendar. The work has to be done, not eventually finished.
Student and veteran-athlete teams come with a clear brief — a specific gap in the venture that your skill fills, not a vague ask for "help."
You're an intern on the lab, not a co-founder. Credited for the work, portfolio for the work, done when the work is done.
Contract the stretch. Ship the work. Keep the credit. They keep the company.
