How it works
Capital Forge League is not a slide deck with a stadium wallpaper. It is a six-person lab, ten weeks of coaching, a live execution stadium, and a certificate — built so veterans and athletes learn venture the way athletes learn a season.
You keep the company. CFL takes no equity.
Tampa, Florida · 501(c)(3) · Capital Forge League has been assigned patents to help prevent CTE
Six steps. No tuition quote at the door. Hours you can actually give — that is the question.
Fan, athlete, veteran, coach, mentor, or ambassador. Fan is the stadium minimum — the cheap seats that make the noise. We ask how many hours a week you can bring. We do not open with a price tag.
Helmet Nobody Checked (patent pending), BIOMAG, Thermal Suture, Rib Splint — or bring your own project. One unique person per seat. Co-equal founders, not a solo founder with five spectators.
Nobody enters without a roster seat. Ten seconds of tunnel video. The photograph stays cinematic — hang tags off the hero. Open Player view when you want the names.
Verified work earns Business Performance Points. Coaches score seats 0–100 for Game Day readiness — not a GPA, not a valuation. That is the scoring. Rankings stay educational.
Six present what they actually filed. Education product only. No equity grab at the finish line. CFL takes nothing off the cap table.
Florida capital-formation class for teams ready to go deeper. We teach the stack. We do not introduce investors. You keep the company.
Capital Forge League looks like a world-class online accelerator — because the curriculum, cohorts, and capital pathway are built to that standard. We are also so much more than an online accelerator, and so much more than a brick-and-mortar incubator with a Zoom login.
If you're hunting for a cheap desk or a cheap place to work, we can help arrange space. That's table stakes. What traditional accelerators and incubators can't casually arrange — and what CFL is built around — is the rest of the stack: veteran–athlete co-equal teams, NIL → startup capital literacy, season-long stadium competition, public fans and votes, and a direct StateCF pathway for top teams — with 0% equity taken.
| Feature | Traditional incubator | Capital Forge League |
|---|---|---|
| Team structure | Solo founder or self-selected team | ✓ Veteran + Athlete matched as co-equal founders |
| Financial literacy | Generic business courses | ✓ Athlete-specific: NIL → startup capital training |
| Capital formation | VC introductions (maybe) | ✓ Direct StateCF pathway for top teams |
| Competition | Demo day at the end | ✓ Season-long competition with milestones and awards |
| Community | Peer cohort only | ✓ Public voting, fan engagement, media coverage |
| Cost | $0 – $50K+ program fees | ✓ $0 (501(c)(3) nonprofit) |
| Equity required | 5–10% equity for the program | ✓ 0% — you keep 100% ownership |
"Graduate with a degree AND a cap table. That's the CFL difference."
Desks are optional. Ownership, literacy, and stadium competition are not.
League Rules & Scoring
The stadium is only the picture. A filed brief. A lab note. A donor thank-you. A Game Day deck. Verified work earns Business Performance Points. Coach scores seats 0–100 for Game Day readiness — not a GPA. Rankings are educational.
Round multipliers: Sweet 16 1.00x · Elite 8 1.25x · Final Four 1.50x · Championship 2.00x. The fairness model never changes. Only the picture of progress changes.
Locked: Requesting the packet (16) is not the same as opening the deal room; bringing the room live (32) is its own event. Auction bids, gifts, and NIL pay are 0 — money never moves the ball.

Decks, document uploads, Game Day readiness. Operational discipline on the surface — where coaches can see it.
Votes, donors, sponsors. Votes are cheers — not financial endorsements. Donors fund the educational ecosystem; they do not buy yards. Restricted gifts stay restricted.
Capital Forge League works with Career and Technical Education (CTE) centers throughout the United States. We don't name a single university as the center — the curriculum is open-enrollment education on product, customers, money, and leadership, modeled on game-day operations.
A six-person lab. Ten weeks of coaching. A stadium walk. Game Day. A certificate. Student teams join the work — they don't take the patent. You keep the company.
CTE instructors as Coach or Instructor. Veterans and athletes on the founding six. Students as team members. Mentors from the trades and from sport. Fan is the stadium minimum.
We don't take equity. We don't introduce investors. We don't sell a franchise to a school. Rankings are educational — not investment advice, not an offering of securities.
